
Jay DiMarino focuses on patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, and unfair competition issues. He is an experienced trial attorney who represents companies of all sizes in a variety of industries. While most of his cases are in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, he has been admitted on a pro hac vice basis in courts across the country.

Jay is an Officer of the Association of the Federal Bar of New Jersey. He regularly participates in volunteer legal activities, with a significant amount of his pro bono efforts dedicated to the US District Court of New Jersey’s Federal Prisoner Reentry Program, ReNew.

He often serves as local counsel in the federal courts of New Jersey and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, helping attorneys from across the country navigate local practice.

Jay built his litigation skills and experience over three decades by spending several years at what was then the largest law firm in New Jersey and at a Philadelphia-based firm with a national intellectual property litigation practice. His background, which includes the defense of hundreds of personal injury cases and commercial litigation matters, provides him with a unique perspective on intellectual property disputes.
