Robyn brings over two decades of industry expertise to her work with Wilftek clients in her role as of counsel. She is a seasoned professional with a strong focus on negotiating and consulting on global contracts, especially within highly regulated industries. Robyn is the principal of Global Link Law, a legal services and advisory firm based in Barcelona, Spain and Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania.
Robyn’s expertise encompasses many different areas, including healthcare data licensing, outsourcing, technology deals (such as robotics, automated intelligence, and medical device applications), aviation, human resources, and real estate, all while prioritizing third-party risk mitigation for her clients.
Most recently, Robyn held the position of Head of Procurement Legal at a Fortune 15 company, overseeing the legal aspects of contracts with an annual indirect spend exceeding USD $5 billion. Her responsibilities included providing legal support to internal departments and businesses, spanning a wide array of services and technologies. In 2019, Robyn expanded the reach of her former employer’s legal service procurement function from North America to Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. She was a founding member of a Contracting Center of Excellence at her company, where she established contract standards and best practices.
At her prior company, Robyn led a team of attorneys who successfully negotiated and supported deals with a total value of $3 billion, directly affecting 165 million customer relationships across more than 30 countries and jurisdictions. On average, she personally negotiated deals totaling $500 million each year, both in the U.S. and in cross-border transactions. Robyn was responsible for advising on more than 10,000 contracts during this period.
Before her corporate counsel role, Robyn specialized in counseling clients on insurance and employee benefits issues for businesses in the U.S. and Canada. She provided valuable lobbying support during the healthcare reform era.
Prior to her corporate role, Robyn gained legal experience with prestigious law firms such as Saul Ewing and McCarter & English. She also clerked for the Honorable John E. Wallace of the Supreme Court of New Jersey.
